Yo.

Tuesday:

We had a handful of lessons today, as well as weekly planning, and then cleaning the stake center since they were hosting a conference of sorts there.

The 2 highlights were the twins who came into the chapel and asked for a tour, and our lesson with Shado/ her family. While we cleaned the chapel 2 identical twin brothers walked in and asked for a tour so we obliged, and then connected them with the missionaries for their area.

Our lesson with Shado was about temples and it was great, we even put 2 of her daughters on date which was amazing.

Wednesday:

We did our grocery shopping today and Elder Gibb decided he only wanted to eat hotdogs for the week. So I didn't have to buy any meat because he said I can have what's already in the freezer from last week.

We had a great lesson with Sticks, Kefilwe, and Rasta. We taught them the W.O.W and law of chastity and they were really receptive. We also had a great lesson with Teenabow and Wandisa (sons of Sis. Bontle).

We joined virtual ward correlation while I made chapati which slapped as usual.

Thursday:

All of our lessons cancelled so we were scrambling around trying to find some of our friends that were available for a lesson. We managed to get 6 lessons by 18:00 and then we went to the chapel for choir practice. It went until 20:00 so we passed choppies on the way home before dropping the sisters off. President Walker called us as we were entering choppies and he told one of the Sisters that she's going home a month early due to visa problems. I still don't have a visa so hopefully that doesn't happen to me haha.

As we left the grocery store there was a “pastor” with a luchador mask, a slingshot around his neck, a gold mic, and a “spiritual camera” (a tripod with a broken broom and some LED's). The video is in the google photos 🙌

I ended the night by making snickerdoodles for DCM the next morning.

Friday:

We had the last DCM of the transfer and there were some very peculiar talks given (I won't divulge further on that). We had a last supper which slapped and the ZL's told us the beef that they gave the sisters to cook for us was actually zebra after we finished eating it so that was pretty hilarious. It actually tasted quite good.

We had a lot of really great lessons in the far part of our area, Gabane, with some new people.

We came back to tsolamosese (closer part of area) and had some more great lessons with members and friends.

Saturday:

Our morning began with choir practice for a few hours, we are really bad 😆 We had a great POS lesson with Habi/ Peaches, a great temple lesson with Kefilwe/ Sticks, and a great Resto lesson with a brother named Blessing who was very inquisitive.

Today was really slammed with lessons, it was a lot of fun.

Sunday:

We had 8 of our friends come to church which was amazing to see, including Habo, Peaches, Sticks, and Kefilwe which are some of our most progressing people. Brother Masutha talked with Sticks about getting married to Kefilwe so they can get baptized and they seem so eager to get that done, so we’re very excited.

We went finding with Masutha for the rest of the day and found some cool new families.

Monday:

It is the last P-Day of the transfer which means that it is the last P-Day for a lot of missionaries. We did a sunrise hike up Kgale Hill, sports (basketball and football), and got a very good lunch.

After everyone split up Gibb and I played a bunch of snooker with Elder Nakale who came from Kanye for Pday.

We went out and taught a decent lesson before returning back home. Tuia is also now with us in a trio since Whitworth is gone. So, I'm with two greenies for now but I think that’ll change this Friday at transfers if not before then.

Conclusion:

It was a great week, we had a lot of success, and a lot of miracles. Have an amazing week everyone!
