This week was a little bit less successful than last week but we still saw a lot of miracles!

Tuesday:

I called the whole area book which was over 100 people, so that had me completely drained by the time I was done. We managed to have 8 lessons today which is pretty good for a Tuesday since weekly planning takes forever.

We had a great lesson with a sister named Boago, we taught the Resto extremely boldly and to the point and it was amazing! We also had a good lesson with Peaches and Habo around a fire which was nice cause it's getting cold around here.

Our last lesson was also a dinner appointment with Sticks and Kefilwe. We made morogo, madombi, and beef stew, they also gave us fish head and yam. It was so delicious!!!

Wednesday:

Today was a mess, so many canceled appointments and trying to fill empty time. The only notable lesson was the one we had with Teenabow(11) and Wandisa(7), who will be baptized together in July, their mother is a member.

For our second to last lesson, the OE's dropped off Elder Kivuva since he was in Gabs for the day. If any of you remember Kivuva from when he was my comp it was a blast.

Thursday:

Tchicumbi dropped Adolphson and I in Moleps for exchanges while Gibb Stayed in our area with Kivuva. Adolphson and I were with Elder Mosoue from Lesotho, he's one of the new missionaries in the mission, he's a cool guy.

We got some good grub with him for lunch, Nando's, taught some pretty good lessons, and had a good time. Unfortunately I forgot to take some pictures :/

Friday:

Tchicumbi picked us from Moleps first thing in the morning and everyone went back to their respective areas. Gibb and I picked the Sisters up and went to the chapel for DCM. It was good, but short, which isn't always a bad thing. We got district lunch at Romans pizza afterwards and ran into the G-West district who was also doing the same.

All of our lessons confirmed in the morning but then fell through as we got there. Today was not a good teaching day, we scrambled around a lot.

Saturday:

We had many lessons today, the highlights were as follows.

  1. Great lesson with Dorothy and Definite, sisters from Zimbabwe (we'll put them on date soon).

  2. Precious, she's the lady that moves between the Sisters area and ours during the week so we're co-teaching her. She'll be baptized for sure.

  3. Great plan of Salvation lesson with Palesa and oratike sekake (RC's).

  4. The Rampes tried to show us to the home of a boy they brought to church but they didn't know the house. We shared a message with them instead and they gave us tea, peanut butter, bread, and scrambled eggs. Yes you heard that right, and it was delicious. Scrambled eggs in a light peanut butter sandwich will now be a regular occurrence.

We also saw a dude that was higher than a kite crash his car at 10 km/h into a dirt embankment. Then some drunk guys got him out of his car and he could barely stand. At the same time, another drunk guy pulled up in his car and started talking to us. Drunk driving is a horrible problem here

Sunday:

I started the morning with peanut butter bread and eggs, which slapped!

We had a lot of friends come to church today which was great to see. After coming home our sink fell through the counter and poured water everywhere so now we're out of a sink. Then the stove stopped working which was a mega L.

We went finding with Brother Masutha the whole day, which was great! We found a lot of cool new families and finally have a marriage and baptismal date for Sticks and Kefilwe. The 4th of July (great day), and the the 6th of July!

Monday:

I'm sending this out Monday morning but I'm assuming we're going to play sports and get lunch as usual. We also have a video call lesson this evening with one of Gibb's friends from back home so hopefully all goes well!

Conclusion:

Love y'all, I hope you will have a great week ahead, and Happy Fathers day to all of the great dads out there

P.S sorry for lacking on the pictures the last couple weeks, I'll do better.
